RETURNS
If the goods are faulty in any way, due to a manufacturing fault, we will be happy to give you a replacement or full refund. Faulty items must be reported to Twisted MooseTMwithin 3 days of receiving the item and WILL NOT be accepted unless you have contacted us by telephone/email first. Garments WILL NOT be refunded or exchanged if they have been worn. Items WILL NOT be refunded or exchanged if the wrong size has been ordered. ALL GARMENTS ARE PRINTED TO ORDER THEREFORE IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO RE-SELL THEM. Please be aware that the sizing is only a guidline. i.e a size Large is to fit UP TO a 42" - 44" chest and so on.

Some text/logos will appear larger on the web site but may vary in size & colour once printed. They have been made larger for viewing purposes. Colour of text may vary depending on the colour of the garment.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
Wash at 40° with your usual detergent. DO NOT tumble dry. Iron on reverse. DO NOT use any bleaching agents

PAYMENT
Twsted Moose will require payment before any goods are dispatched. Credit and debit card payment on the web site is encrypted and processed on behalf of PayPal and we do not hold any of your credit or debit card details. We also accept cheques and postal orders, made payable to "Twisted Moose".
GOODS THAT ARE PAID FOR BY CHEQUE ARE NOT DISPATCHED UNTIL ALL FUNDS ARE CLEARED WHICH CAN TAKE UP TO 7 DAYS.
CLUB AND BAND TERMS
Twisted MooseTM will design,print and send garments to your customers and at the end of every month you get a cheque for your comission. You set the retail price.You have no stock outlay, you don't have the headache of having the wrong colour or size. All you have to do is to put a link to our website or put our web address on any flyers or letters you send to your fans or members expaining what we do, and we do the rest! Don't forget the more you promote us selling your tees the more you earn. All garment designs which were generated by Twisted Moose are copyright to Twisted Moose, and therefore can not be duplicated by a third party without the express permission of Twisted Moose.
PRIVACY
We do not sell or disclose any of your details to third parties.
