At Twisted MooseTMwe always do our very best to process your order as soon as possible ( normally within 2 to 3 days ). Please make sure the address you give us has no spelling mistakes as we cannot be held responsible for orders going astray due to incorrect postal information. However, Twisted Moose will do everything in their power to help resolve the issue. All items dispatched within the UK are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class. Twisted MooseTMwill send you a confirmation email notifying you that your order has been despatched and left our premises.

Free shipping is to U.K. Mainland ONLY

Overseas customers will be emailed with a "money request" via Paypal for an extra shipping payment. To ship to EUROPE, the USA & CANADA we ask for an extra £7 GBP and to ship to Australia we ask for an extra £12 GBP depending on the weight of the order. If you have ordered several T Shirts/Hoody's we will have the package weighed and email you the cost to send the package. Overseas orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class International Sign For so someone must be in to sign for the item/s. If you are not willing to pay the extra shipping costs then your order will not be processed. If in doubt e-mail us with any queries you may have. We do aim to post orders out within 2-3 working days of receipt of cleared payment. Unfortunately once the goods have left our premises they are in the hands of Postman Pat and the Royal Mail and therefore we have to state that delivery can take up to 28 days. Twistemoose can not be held responsible if an item is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If your item does not arrive, or arrives damaged, please let us know and we will send you a copy of proof of postage, so you can make a claim from the Post Office. Your item is NOT technically lost until 15 days have passed (not including weekends) from the dispatch date of which you will be emailed notifying you that your order has left our premises.
